A collection of all tans and browns of all kinds from warm to cooler, all in medium values, with a couple of darks thrown in.
Many combinations of beautiful hand dyed wool for penny rugs -- 20 colors per pack for a few dollars. Primitives, country, modern and vibrant colors. Something for every taste.
NOTE: It's difficult to get all the colors in a pack to look accurate in one photo, but I devote many hours to adjusting the images to match the actual wool colors. Even so, the usual disclaimers (about colors appearing different on different monitors) apply.
ABOUT PENNY PACKS

These penny packs are hand-blended combinations from duplicate and extra sample pieces that I produced during my extensive color studies, in addition to stock from my rug hooking inventory. These are one-time combinations, and once they are gone, I may not be producing them again for a while, if ever. Each pack has 20 pieces. Some have asked me if these can be used for hooking. While they probably could be, they are probably too small to be efficiently used for hooking. The pieces in this pack may vary in size, but are generally 4 3/4" X 4 3/4" square, totaling about 1/4 yard. There may be a few pieces slightly smaller or larger in any given pack. Also be aware that very occasionally there may be some selvages on them.
I love to make penny rugs, so you can be sure I will always have a selection of penny packs available, and I also plan to offer some of my own patterns later on. Once this supply of sample pieces is gone, I will be formulating permanent combinations of 20 pieces to offer, so I will always welcome input about the color blends that you would like to see again. I hope to become your source for wool when you are planning your next project!
